Any redistribution or reproduction of part or all of the contents in any form is prohibited other than for the following:

· you may print or download to a local hard disk extracts for your personal and non-commercial use only

· you may copy the content to individual third parties for their personal use, but only if you acknowledge the website as the source of the material

You may not, except with our express written permission, distribute or commercially exploit the content. Nor may you transmit it or store it in any other website or other form of electronic retrieval system.

MAKING A PURCHASE
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We currently only accept payments for deliveries to United Kingdom customers ONLY. Payment will be made to Web Net Marketing Ltd.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We currently only deliver to customers with a UK shipping address.

All products are shipped discreetly in a plain mailing bag or box, with no indication as to the contents. All delivery addresses will be copied as per the customer input. If the carrier or post cannot deliver because of incorrect address then we reserve the right to charge an additional supplement for the recovery of the goods or the redelivery. Whilst we try to deliver all goods ordered in accordance with our pledge, we take no responsibility for any consequence of late delivery however caused.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT - CLAIM TIME LIMITS

It will be your responsibility to inform us immediately of any damage to the delivered goods. Details must be recorded on the delivery documentation and we must be notified no later than 24 hours after delivery. You must retain the original packaging and return it with the damaged goods so that we will be able to process any claim against the carrier.

SHORTAGE

You are responsible for signing for the correct number of packages as shown on the delivery or carrier consignment note. If there are items missing from delivery, first check that the order has not been partly shipped. Any shortage must be noted on the delivery note and we must be notified within 24 hours.

In the event that a product is currently out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible, and we would expect to get your goods to you within a few days or, in exceptional circumstances, up to 28 days. We do try to alert you of all out of stock items within our site, but at times there maybe an overlap. This is a rare occurrence, but should be mentioned to avoid any disappointment when ordering.

INCORRECT GOODS

You must notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 24 hours of delivery. If the items are not what you ordered, you must not open the manufactures packaging or use the items. We will not exchange or refund for any suspected used garments. It will be your responsibility to notify us of any problems.

NON DELIVERIES

We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 2 days from expected delivery date. We shall accept no liability for shortages, non deliveries, incorrect goods or damaged on delivery outside the stated timescales.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE
All items are subject to availability and we seek to despatch all orders within 72 hours for delivery within 3-4 days.

VALUE ADDED TAX (VAT)
All prices include vat at 17.5%.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. Credit card transactions are securely managed by PAYPAL - one of the most respected names on the Internet.

GUARANTEE
We provide a 100%, no quibble, guarantee that if our products are defective in any way we will exchange them or give you a full refund, provided that you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact.

Please ensure that briefs/thongs/swimwear etc. are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done.

Please also note that returns on Body Stockings, Stockings & Tights are excluded from our general returns policy for hygiene reasons. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

We are sorry that we are unable to refund or exchange goods that are unsuitable or the incorrect size.

All return items shipped will be subject to a £8.00 handling charge.
