Terms and conditions
We currently only accept payments for deliveries to United Kingdom customers only unless there is an agreement in place, please contact us for shipping overseas.
When we receive an order you will receive a confirmation email from the payment provider.
We will not contact you unless requested to or if there is a problem with your order.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
It will be your responsibility to inform us immediately of any damage to the
delivered goods. Details must be recorded on the delivery documentation and we
must be notified no later than 24 hours after delivery. You must retain the original
packaging and return it with the damaged goods so that we will be able to process any
claim against the carrier.
We will not exchange or refund for any
suspected used garments
The damaged item must be posted to be returned within 3 days of receipt otherwise will not be accepted.
You have a right to cancel your order before the item has been shipped for a full refund.
You can return the package unopened within 2 days for a full refund.
You are responsible for all return postage costs.
Please make sure you have ordered the correct size as we are sorry but we are unable to refund or exchange goods that are unsuitable or the incorrect size.
You must notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 24 hours of delivery. If the items are not what you ordered, you must not open the manufactures packaging or use the items. We will not exchange or refund for any suspected used garments. It will be your responsibility to notify us of any problems and the item must be posted to be returned within 3 days of receipt otherwise will not be accepted.

Any redistribution or reproduction of part or all of the contents in any form is prohibited other than for the following:
- you may print or download to a local hard disk extracts for your personal and non-commercial use only
- you may copy the content to individual third parties for their personal use, but only if you acknowledge the website as the source of the material
You may not, except with our express written permission, distribute or commercially exploit the content.
Nor may you transmit it or store it in any other website or other form of electronic retrieval system.
Please ensure that briefs/thongs/swimwear etc. are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done.
Please also note that returns on Body Stockings, Stockings & Tights are excluded from our general returns policy for hygiene reasons. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
We will not use any details you provide us with for any purpose other than processing your order, we will not pass any information on to any third party.
