Delivery arrangements
We want to make the buying process as simple as possible so if you have any special delivery requirements please let us know.
If the item you have purchased is in stock we will ship the item by Royal Mail within 24 hours if it is a business day. If you order on Saturday or Sunday we aim to get the item posted on the following Monday but at the latest Tuesday.
The average delivery time is two days although three is common.
If the item you have ordered isn't in stock however, we receive back orders from our supplier every week and we nearly always deliver within a 14 day period.
If for some reason the item will take any longer we will contact you and either offer the option of a different item at the same or lower price or a full refund.
If you feel you have been waiting for your order too long please contact us, preferably by email so we have a record of your contact and please provide details of your order.
We have had many experiences orders waiting in sorting offices for pickup so please let us know it if has not been received before complaining.
We will provide you with a tracking code for the Royal Mail website on request.
